| The apartment is composed by a living room with a large sofa bed, a kitchenette with dining table, a balcony that overlooks a quiet side-street, a bedroom with another double sofa bed (so totally the flat can accommodate up to 3 persons), bathroom with bathtub, and entrance hall with large wardrobe.
We rent it mainly as an apartment: it fully furnished with kitchen and supermarkets and shops are just 3 minutus away. Anyway we can provide a welcome breakfast (milk, juice, bread, marmalade, butter, yoghurt). |

The bed-and-breakfast is located in Jòzsef Attila utca 57-61, first floor, door 24 (district number 19).We rent out the flat to only one guest (it means from one to three people being friends or families): this is to assure safety, comfort and total privacy.
It is barely a short walk away from supermarkets and commercial centres.
The apartment is pretty new (walls and furnishing), on the first floor of a newest building (built in 2007), with balcony and garage.
It is bright, modern, snug, lovely, fully furnished and with much taste.
There is lift.
The area is quiet and residential, excellently connected with public transport to the city centre: just a short ride on tram number 50 to the nearest underground station (Hatàr ùt) and in 20 minutes you are in the city centre. With car just 10 minutes.
