The Bed & Breakfast Art Academy is situated in Venice on the first and second floor of a prestigious Venetian building beside the Accademia Gallery and a few minutes walk from Piazza San Marco, Palazzo Grassi and the Peggy Guggenheim Collection.
You will be welcomed in a simple and pleasant mode, actually giving hospitality to a guest is one of our major pleasures, not only a professional must or business.
The client will be helped with suggestions, cuddled and welcomed in one of the most elegant Sestieri in Venice. Our staff speaks fluently 5 languages: Italian, English, Spanish, French and German.
The property fetaures elegant guest-rooms with or without private bathroom and a wonderful terrace with the Canal Grande view.
By car
Park your car in Piazzale Roma, where you will find excellent guarded garages. Take the vaporetto n. 82 and get off at the Accademia stop. As you get off the boat, on your right hand you will see the Caffè Belle Arti, where above you will see the B&B. The entrance is in Calle Gambara n. 1054 at the corner with the Caffé.
By train
From S. Lucia railway station, take the vaporetto n. 82, (ticket price €3,10 per person, you will also have to pay for the luggage). Get off at Accademia, after approximately 20 minutes. As you get off the boat, on your right hand you will see the Caffè Belle Arti, where above you will see the B&B. The entrance is in Calle Gambara n. 1054 at the corner with the Caffé.
By airplane
From Venice Marco Polo airport you can take a water taxi directly to the B&B (the ride takes about 25 minutes at €80,00 approximately) or a public bus line n.5 (every 30 minutes) to Piazzale Roma (last stop - about 20 minutes) and then the vaporetto line n. 82 and get off at the Accademia stop (about 25 minutes). As you get off the boat, on your right hand you will see the Caffè Belle Arti, where above you will see the B&B. The entrance is in Calle Gambara n. 1054 at the corner with the Caffé. |
