welcome at the rooms, the new hip bed&breakfast in vienna. The rooms, a family run 3 room bed & breakfast, is located in a newly built house in a green and quiet neighbourhood next to the old danube river but is still very close to the city center. All rooms are different and individually designed and offer an interesting athmosphere and lots of space. A big porch and a garden are available for the guests. A spacious bathroom, satellite TV and a plug for internet access are standard in all the rooms. There is plenty of space for parking just outside the house.
Our guests can buy anytime a variety of chilled drinks, coffee or tea. Breakfast is served at the desired time and consists of fruits, vegetables, homemade jams and cakes, and an assorted cheese platter.

coming from the south (A2), take the A22 the donauuferautobahn till exit "Vienna International Center" and the "Kagran"; at the traffic light take a left, at the next traffic light take a right onto "Wagramerstraße"; continue driving, cross the old danube river and at Mc´Donald´s take a left; drive 200 m, then take a left, and the next rigt onto "Untere Alte Donau"; Schlenthergasse is the next small road to the right; sounds complicated, but is actually quite simple!
