| Casa Verano condos are beautiful and new upscale studios and one bedrooms located in a renovated art deco historic building in the heart of South Beach. Gorgeous building, very nicely and thoughtfully furnished vacation rental condos. Can sleep 4 max in some units.
GREAT LOCATION!!! Casa Verano condos are in the heart of South Beach, 1521-1523 Euclid Ave at 15th St. One block from famous Lincoln Road and 2 blocks from Ocean Drive, a couple of minutes walk to one of the most talked about beaches in the world. Walk to all nightlife, restaurants and beaches.
$800-$1200/week or $100-$175/night 4 night minimum. $50 cleaning fee for all stays. $25/night for third and fourth persons.
You will LOVE the condos and the location!
All the comforts of home, nice linens and towels, cable TV, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchens with dishwasher, parking passes available for small fee, free high speed internet. All units have queen bed and queen futon. There are 8 units total, all furnished the same with the same amenities, the one bedrooms are larger.
To reserve:
50% now via cc to our paypal account
50% 30 days prior to arrival to same account
$250 security put on credit card when you arrive and removed when you leave assuming no damage.
TERMS: NO PARTIES, loud music, noise or smoking in any of the units! These are owner - occupied VERY nice condos, we do our best to keep them that way and make sure all guests enjoy their stay.
