| Welcome to Casa De La Vista a contemporary home unlike any other contemporary home you have ever seen. The design blends elements of Frank Lloyd Wright and Paolo Soleri. The walls of glass bring the outdoors inside and offer panoramic views of Pinnacle Peak and the surrounding desert. Set on a 1 acre lot this 6000 SqFt home backs up to hundreds of acres nature preserve. There is even a trail behind the house that leads down into the preserve for the hiking enthusiast. From the back yard you have views of the Troon Golf Course and the nature preserve. There is a table at the back of the lot that you can sit at while you enjoy a cocktail and watch the sun go down over the horizon. There is also a heated pool and hot tub for you to enjoy.
Inside the home you have a large living room with a built in entertainment center, a flat screen TV plus a DVD player and a stereo. The kitchen has solid granite counters and built in appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen is a flex room with free weights.
The first bedroom is the large master suite downstairs. The room has a entertainment center with a flat screen TV, a sitting area that offers panoramic views of the surrounding desert and Pinnacle Peak. The master bathroom has a Jacuzzi Tub, separate shower and a large walk in closet. The living room downstairs has a entertainment center with a flat screen TV.
The Second Master bedroom Upstairs is a great room with a large open space, walls of glass facing north offer you elevated panoramic views of the desert and Pinnacle Peak Mountain. This room has a walk in shower and a bathroom.
Across the loft is the third bedroom. This room is equally impressive with large glass windows and a large private balcony with city light and mountain views.
Imagine having all this space and privacy yet only minutes from Grocery Stores and Fine Dining. Just coast down the hill 2 minutes with no stop lights and your at Maestros Steak House and Pane E Vino Italian restaurant. Or stop at AJs fine foods and bring dinner home to your own private resort. Once you settle in you wont want to leave the home. |
